Training Team Lead

As the Training Team Leader, you will have a significant impact in driving the learning strategy that enables teams across Latin America to achieve expert-level proficiency and consistently exceed targets. You will be a valuable member of the Operations Enablement team, working collaboratively with Operations Leadership, Quality, and Customer Stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

Be responsible for the complete training cycle, from training new employees to continuous improvement and advanced development of experienced agents.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of instructors and subject matter experts (SMEs), ensuring high-quality instruction through regular instructor training sessions.

Integrate technical knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Apps) with effective methodologies, including consultative selling and closing techniques.

Identify skills and knowledge gaps in the Latin American market and create targeted learning solutions such as workshops, updates, and knowledge modules.

Analyze performance using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to determine training-related performance gaps and implement rapid intervention plans.

Work model: Onsite

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) office in São Paulo, SP.

What you need to have to be considered

Proven experience in Operations, with experience in the Latin American market.

Experience in Training, Development, or Coaching, including curriculum development and classroom management.

Proven experience leading instructors, subject matter experts, or instructional teams.

Advanced knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Apps), Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, with the ability to obtain relevant expert-level certifications.

Advanced fluency in English (C1/C2 level), with excellent presentation and communication skills.

These will help you stand out

Experience in adapting global training manuals for regional markets.

Strong data-driven mindset, with experience linking training outcomes to sales KPIs.

Proven ability to create gamified learning experiences to drive engagement and performance.

Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Slides and Google Sheets, for delivering and monitoring training.
