Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and shipping documents.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory levels, movements, and adjustments.
- Organize and store products in the warehouse to maximize space and efficiency.
- Prepare and generate reports related to inventory levels and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to improve inventory management processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all warehouse operations.
- Assist in the training of new staff members on inventory management procedures.
- Handle and resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies or damaged goods.
Other Skills & Abilities:
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy items, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse machinery.
