WM System Process Manager
Location: Nis
What are your main tasks?
- Optimize WM Processes – Analyze and improve SAP WM/EWM, MES, and automation system processes across receipt, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Continuous Improvement – Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methods to boost efficiency, inventory accuracy, and system performance.
- Project Management – Lead WM and automation projects from planning to implementation, across multiple sites.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with logistics, operations, and IT teams to align system enhancements with business goals.
- Change Management – Drive user adoption and manage change during system rollouts and upgrades.
- Performance Monitoring – Develop KPIs and dashboards to track automation throughput, inventory accuracy, and system integration.
- Training & Support – Train warehouse and logistics personnel on SAP WM/EWM and automation best practices.
What are your qualifications?
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–5 years in SAP WM/EWM, warehouse automation, and MES environments, with a focus on logistics process improvement.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies in warehouse/logistics environments.
- Skilled in process mapping, KPI tracking, and data analysis related to warehouse performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities; high attention to detail.
