We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated candidates to join our Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) family in a role of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Logistics General Manager Brazil.

In this role you will:

  • Establish and lead a high-performing country organization with strong operational foundations.
  • Drive commercial growth by expanding the customer base, increasing market share, and achieving sales and budget targets.
  • Lead business development initiatives, including introducing innovative freight forwarding products and value-added services across air, ocean, rail, trucking, warehousing, and customs brokerage, in line with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Logistics’ global strategy.
  • Grow existing business by increasing customer acquisition and share of wallet.
  • Oversee freight forwarding operations, ensuring seamless integration with regional and global networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key suppliers, including carriers, trucking providers, and warehouse operators.
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulations, including customs clearance requirements (Siscarga and Mercante).
  • Unlock synergies with other Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) entities locally and globally to maximize commercial and operational value.
  • Continuously improve sales, customer service, and cross-functional processes to drive efficiency, profitability, and service excellence.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • 10+ years’ experience in freight forwarding & supply chain at management level with full P&L responsibility, preferably in a medium or large forwarder in Country, ideally leading a geography within a country or managing a product or sales team.
  • Extensive, in-depth knowledge and experience of the global freight forwarding/logistics industry, with a strong commercial focus in large global scales. Ecommerce knowledge is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of local market.
  • P&L ownership experience.
  • Expertise in promoting and developing new business and freight forwarding products.
  • Proven success in working in a global, high paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurship mindset, ability to establish and grow a business from the very beginning.
  • High level of Business English proficiency, both written and verbal. Local language - native speaker.
