Main Purpose of the role:

Responsible for achieving sales goals and maintaining positive customer relations by providing full support to the Field sales representatives and customers. Improve productivity by ensuring all Field Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material and Leads. In Charge of providing the small customers with end-to-end support and solutions.

Main Tasks:

Lead Generation ;

Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads to the Sales representatives based on internal Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) information, web data, external databases, quote inquiries, trade shows, business directories, etc;

Validate sales leads and work to support the sales representative in materializing the leads into sales;

Account Coordination;

Research and prepare material for customer meetings: past performance and forecast, needs solutions, issues, opportunities, financials, etc;

Create and update agreements;

Discuss and prepare quotations for customers;

Customer relationship;

Deal with client’s follow up process and problems;

Solve ad-hoc problems;

Cascade relevant issues and problems of the customers to CS and ensure solving;

Inform customers on changes in different topic such as: rates, schedule, new shipping methods, etc;

Performance Measurement;

Creating meeting reports in CRM;

Monitor customer performance;

Comply with tracking and reporting requirements;

Screening of lost/new customers.


Requirements:

Academic education in Economics/ Business Management/ Marketing/ Logistics/ similar;

Experience in sales/CS position;

Working experience in a local FFW / shipping industry – Advantage;

Proficient in MS Office, Excel, CRM;

Advanced in English language.
