Account Development Associate at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)
In this role, you'll support account processes by ensuring accounts are properly tracked, stakeholders are engaged, and workflows are executed effectively in coordination with Account Managers.
What You'll Do:
- Support account tracking activities including meeting logs and internal updates.
- Help manage documentation and account metrics.
- Assist with routine tasks including updates, reports, and follow-ups.
- Create tasks to support Account Manager workflows.
- Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in Project Management, Operations, or Account Support roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Advanced level of English.
