The Account Manager will contribute to the development of a sales plan in conjunction with the
Sales Director; the sales and training of customers' products, and the identification of opportunities
for the sale of new and existing products and the identification and development of new markets.
As the Account Manager's primary focus is to increase sales of all Tait products (Systems products and
Terminal Products), the success of the position will be measured against their ability to meet or exceed
the annual order/sales plan.
Due to the nature of the product, solid technical and product knowledge is imperative. Selling value
adding business communication solutions, which are mostly mid-cost capital items, will require a strong
business understanding.
Relevant functional experience in sales budgeting, planning, and territory development will be
important. As well as the ability to self-manage within a wide set of limits.
Due to the international nature of our business, the position will involve extensive travel abroad.
Experience in sales in international markets and communication skills.
