We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineering Consultant with an advanced technical background and a proven ability to enable AI transformation within organizations. This position requires deep knowledge of AI tools and frameworks, alongside the capability to lead teams, design scalable AI solutions, and integrate advanced technologies into complex delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction for AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Gemini across teams to ensure effective adoption
- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into development, testing, DevOps, and operational workflows
- Design AI integrations within software development life cycles that emphasize scalability and automation
- Collaborate with engineering leadership, Delivery Managers, and product teams to align AI strategies with organizational objectives
- Develop enterprise-wide best practices, reusable frameworks, and processes focused on AI-driven automation
- Guide engineers and technical teams to utilize AI tools for improved productivity and innovative solutions
- Assess the impact of AI initiatives on delivery performance and operational outcomes
- Create training materials and run workshops to enhance team skills in AI tools and methods
- Keep abreast of AI innovations to introduce relevant technologies that drive organizational growth
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering or similar fields with increased responsibilities
- Proficiency in AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or related technologies applied across development pipelines
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, and development methodologies such as Agile and CI/CD
- Background in AI/ML concepts, including prompt engineering and agentic workflows
- Competency to lead organizational change and oversee large-scale implementation of AI tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration with teams and leadership
- Strategic vision combined with technical expertise to influence decisions and technology adoption
- Capability to design scalable AI-driven solutions and frameworks that align with organizational goals
