l Support the team to perform daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable,cost accounting,general ledger etc.
l Ensure accounting closing is completed in a timely and accurate manner and perform reconciliation activities as needed.
l Periodically organize and conduct inventory counts of stock inventory to ensure that inventory quantities are consistent with the system
l Periodically review accounting entries to ensure compliance with brazil accounting standards.
l Prepares analyses for the income statement and balance sheet items.
l Maintain accounting controls and assist to research accounting policies and procedures。
l Support Oracle system further improvement.
l Assist in preparing various schedules and reports for audit and tax inquires .
l Assist in preparing declaration of SPED-ECD .
Qualifications for Accounting specialist
l Bachelor Degree in Accounting or other related field, with 5+ years of work experience in AR, AP，Cost accounting and GL role. Having work experience in Big 4 Firm or mobile phone industry is preferable.
l Good knowledge in Oracle operation and logic.
l Familiar to Brazilian accounting principles and respond quickly to the change.
l Fluent in spoken & written English.
l Strong team player, self-adapted and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
