The Operation teams at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Your Mission

Responsible for ensuring the management of projects related to the automation strategies of our Cross Docking operations, aligned with the company’s growth strategy. Will work in close collaboration with support areas to ensure optimal project study and design, including future scenario projections in order to deliver demands according to the predefined schedule. Promote teamwork to help build a positive organizational environment.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Developed dashboards and KPIs to monitor projects and support data-driven decision-making;
Partnered with leadership to define and implement performance indicators, ensuring daily visibility of activities and deadlines;
Translated data analysis into actionable insights and business-relevant metrics;
Supported project leaders in building business cases and analytical materials;
Automated project pipeline reporting, improving efficiency and visibility across initiativesStay up to date with the latest trends in automation and related technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve project processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

What You Need to Take on This Challenge

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, or related fields;
Proficiency in Office Suite, Google Workspace; MS Project and AutoCAD are considered differentiators;
Advanced English;
Proven experience in project management;
Proven experience in project management;
Hands-on experience with BI tools, programming, and dashboard development;
Strong analytical skills with solid experience in data analysis
