The Operation teams at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Your Mission
Responsible for ensuring the management of short- and medium-term projects related to the automation strategies of our Cross Dockings and Hubs, aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
Will work closely with support areas to ensure the best project study and design, including the analysis of future scenarios in order to deliver demands according to the predefined timeline.
Promote teamwork to help build a positive and collaborative organizational environment.
Job Description:
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Conduct analyses to build robust business cases that support strategic decisions related to automation projects.
- Use CAD skills for project design and/or to understand process flows.
- Lead implementation and actively track the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with established timelines and targets.
- Ensure deadlines are met by coordinating all project activities and resources.
- Produce detailed reports, providing valuable insights into project progress, identifying challenges, and proposing solutions.
- Establish and develop relationships with key suppliers, collaborating to ensure overall project success and maintaining continuous communication.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in automation and related technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve project processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
What You Need to Take on This Challenge
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, or related fields;
- Proficiency in Office Suite, Google Workspace; MS Project and AutoCAD are considered differentiators;
- Advanced English;
- Previous experience in project management;
- Strong analytical skills with solid experience in data analysis
