Senior Insights Analyst – South America

Work model: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office

Scope: Regional (South America) with global interfaces

As a Senior Insights Analyst, you will act as a regional Insights partner for South America, supporting commercial and strategic teams through high‑quality insights, research planning, and business storytelling. The role combines analytical depth with strong communication and external exposure, serving as a bridge between internal studies, external research, customer interactions, and market trends.

Role overview & responsibilities

• Act as a regional business partner for Insights, supporting South America stakeholders.
• Provide strategic insights to support customer engagement and commercial decision‑making.
• Support teams with research studies, including planning, prioritization, and budget allocation for insights initiatives.
• Build business cases and insight‑based narratives to support recommendations and strategic choices.
• Serve as a key interface with customers, participating in meetings and external discussions.
• Connect and synthesize insights from:
  • Internal research and studies
  • External market and consumer research
  • Social media insights and external trend signals
• Translate consumer movements and trends into actionable insights clearly linked to the business.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally and with global teams, contributing to regional and global initiatives.

Must-have qualifications

• Regional business partner mindset.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously, with strong ownership.
• Strategic thinking and comfort connecting insights to business impact.
• Prior experience in Consumer / Customer Insights, ideally within CPG / FMCG.
• Familiarity with innovation processes.
• Comfort participating in and contributing to customer meetings.
• Strong analytical foundation, with the ability to look at data from multiple perspectives.
• Fluent English and Portuguese (mandatory).
• Spanish is a strong plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in Consumer, Customer, or Market Insight

Nice to have:

• Exposure to social media insights and analytics.
• Experience contributing to or leading work within global or regional teams.
