Job Mission
Are you passionate about technical solutions, customer development, and low- and medium-voltage applications? Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is looking for an Application and Promotion Engineer to join the Electrification division, based in São Paulo, Brazil.
In this strategic, field-oriented role, you will provide technical and commercial support to industrial customers, EPCs, system integrators, and consultants, strengthening the positioning of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) solutions in new electrification projects.
Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the industrial segment, conducting technical and commercial visits within the region (30–40% of the time).
Lead technical meetings with end customers, EPCs, integrators, and consultants, positioning the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) portfolio in new projects.
Analyze requirements and develop technical solutions, including diagrams, layouts, specifications, and cost estimates for low- and medium-voltage applications.
Deliver technical training sessions, presentations, and workshops for customers and commercial partners.
Provide technical support for the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) low- and medium-voltage portfolio, including switchboards, MCCs, transformers, UPS, ATS, monitoring systems, and building automation solutions.
Register visits and opportunities in the CRM system (Salesforce), sharing insights with the Sales and Product teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Electronic, or Automation Engineering.
Previous experience working with industrial customers and prospecting electrification projects.
Technical knowledge of low- and medium-voltage products.
Availability to travel and a valid driver’s license (Category B) for use of a company vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced English proficiency for technical meetings and presentations.
Experience using Salesforce CRM.
Experience with automation projects.
