What's it all about?
- Become technically proficient in OMICRON products and solutions to better meet market demands and industry requirements.
- Provide operational technical training in Brazilian territory of OMICRON products
- Provide expert technical support and application consultations via phone and email
- Provide customer support on the use of OMICRON equipment and its application
- Documentation of the technical support process in the CRM/ERP system
- Support sales activities at market events such as conferences, user meetings, seminars, and exhibitions.
What are we looking for?
- Electrical, Electronics, Control and Automation engineer or similar, with strong knowledge in power system
- Experience in Technical Support and Customer Service
- 3 years of working experience in the electrical sector, in protection and automation of power system and / or substation commissioning
- Knowledge of human nature, have a creative, innovative and customer and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Portuguese Flexible to travel (up to 40% to 50%)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Requirements
- Ability to schedule, plan, or react quickly to changes of the work environment
- Knowledge of Electrical Power System
- Knowledge of Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution and various assets used
- Knowledge in testing methodology and maintenance best practices routinely used in the power system
- Ability to present products, technologies and methodologies to technicians, engineers, supervisors, managers and executives by phone, e-mail, visits, exhibitions and webinars
- Solid knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills required
- Working Language: Portuguese
- Complementary Languages: Advanced English required, Spanish desirable.
- Desirable knowledge in CRM and ERP software
