The Brazil Country Manager will be responsible for leading and developing Flow-X’s business operations in Brazil. This role oversees local operations, business development, warehouse and logistics management, and ensures alignment with the company’s global strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall operations in Brazil, including warehouse, logistics, and transportation activities
- Develop and execute local business development strategies to grow the Brazil market
- Build and manage local teams, including warehouse, operations, and administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax, and labor requirements
- Manage relationships with key clients, partners, and logistics providers
- Oversee operational performance, cost control, and service quality
- Coordinate closely with HQ and regional teams to ensure operational alignment and reporting
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
- Experience managing country-level operations or large business units
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with Brazil logistics market and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing business environment
Preferred
- Experience in warehouse, transportation, or 3PL operations
- Portuguese and English required; Chinese is a plus

Pay: R$375,000.00 - R$500,000.00 per year
