We are seeking a Business Development Executive with proven experience in the Brokerage / CFD / FX / sector to support and accelerate our global growth. The role focuses on identifying new commercial opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial, trading, and client performance data to increase profitability and optimize costs.
Conduct market and competitor research within the CFD and brokerage industry to identify new growth opportunities.
Prepare, present, and manage commercial proposals for IBs, affiliates, liquidity providers, and B2B partners.
Support budget planning, revenue forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure commercial targets are achieved.
Build, manage, and expand strategic partnerships across key international markets.
Lead and mentor members of the Business Development team, driving performance and accountability.
Develop and deliver business presentations and pitches to partners and potential investors.
Actively participate in networking, client meetings, and industry events.
Travel internationally as required to support business development activities.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development within Brokerage / CFD / FX / Fintech.
Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (mandatory).
Portfolio is mandatory (commercial achievements, partnerships, or business cases).
Strong knowledge of MT4 and MT5 platforms (mandatory).
Solid understanding of CFD products, brokerage operations, and client acquisition models.
Knowledge of the Black Arrow platform is a strong advantage.
Proven negotiation, relationship management, and deal-closing skills.
Leadership experience with a demonstrated record of commercial success.
Willingness to travel internationally.
English is an advantage but not mandatory.
