We are seeking a Business Development Executive with proven experience in the Brokerage / CFD / FX / sector to support and accelerate our global growth. The role focuses on identifying new commercial opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial, trading, and client performance data to increase profitability and optimize costs.

  • Conduct market and competitor research within the CFD and brokerage industry to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Prepare, present, and manage commercial proposals for IBs, affiliates, liquidity providers, and B2B partners.

  • Support budget planning, revenue forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure commercial targets are achieved.

  • Build, manage, and expand strategic partnerships across key international markets.

  • Lead and mentor members of the Business Development team, driving performance and accountability.

  • Develop and deliver business presentations and pitches to partners and potential investors.

  • Actively participate in networking, client meetings, and industry events.

  • Travel internationally as required to support business development activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development within Brokerage / CFD / FX / Fintech.

  • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (mandatory).

  • Portfolio is mandatory (commercial achievements, partnerships, or business cases).

  • Strong knowledge of MT4 and MT5 platforms (mandatory).

  • Solid understanding of CFD products, brokerage operations, and client acquisition models.

  • Knowledge of the Black Arrow platform is a strong advantage.

  • Proven negotiation, relationship management, and deal-closing skills.

  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated record of commercial success.

  • Willingness to travel internationally.

  • English is an advantage but not mandatory.
