As a Business Development Representative (BDR) located in Brazil, you will play a critical role in supporting Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s North America sales and marketing teams. Your role is to identify and engage potential customers in the US and Canada, generating high-quality leads and setting up meetings for our senior sales team, including Directors and VPs.
You will collaborate closely with our global marketing team, US-based Account Executives, and Sales Managers to ensure a seamless lead handoff and help drive the expansion of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s consulting, supply chain software, and managed transportation solutions across North America.
What your new challenge will look like
- Prospect and qualify potential customers in the US and North American market using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and tools such as Outreach, Reev, Meetime, Snov.io, HubSpot, and Salesforce HVS.
- Engage decision-makers (Director/C-level) via email, LinkedIn messaging, and cold calling to introduce Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s supply chain services and software solutions.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Directors and VPs—this is your primary KPI.
- Conduct account-based research to support targeted campaigns, understand company priorities, and map key stakeholders across supply chain, logistics, and IT functions.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies and nurture prospective client relationships.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, lead interactions, and pipeline status in CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Support sales activities across multiple industries, including automotive, consumer goods, retail, and industrial sectors.

- You have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- Previous BDR / sales experience is required, preferably in B2B SaaS, consulting, or supply chain/logistics industries.
- You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken, enabling you to confidently interact with US-based executives.
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing lead pipelines and CRM systems.
- You thrive on making connections and enjoy reaching out to Managers, Directors, and C-level contacts.
- You have strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for tracking KPIs and supporting sales initiatives.
- You’re motivated by growth and eager to contribute to Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s expansion in the US market from Brazil.
