If yes, you may be a great addition to our team! Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a Business Development Specialist, based in our São Paulo office, to grow the Brazilian market and help us achieve our goal of being the largest and most trusted au pair program in the world.
About the Role
As a Business Development Specialist, you will drive lead generation and business growth through direct, face-to-face marketing and events. This is a hands-on, target-driven role focused on building partnerships, engaging prospects, and converting interest into results.
You’ll spend a lot of time out in the market at events, activations, and meetings, turning conversations into high-quality leads and new participants for our program.

You:
- Love being on the ground at events, fairs, presentations, and activations
- Are confident starting conversations and turning interest into concrete next steps, building brand awareness and driving leads to grow our business
- Are a results-driven marketer, energized by meeting and exceeding ambitious targets, and enjoy seeing your impact in the numbers
- Bring creative, actionable ideas from previous direct marketing roles
- Are organized and proactive, able to manage multiple activities and follow-ups at once Enjoy working with others and collaborating across teams to get results
What you bring
Required skills & experience:
- 2+ years of experience in direct/offline marketing
- Proven success in lead generation through face-to-face marketing, events, or direct response campaigns
- Experience in event planning and execution
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
- A track record of meeting or exceeding lead or sales targets
- Ability to turn creative ideas into measurable outcomes
- Strong organizational skills and a bias for execution International exposure is a plus (study, work, or living abroad)
Please note: Due to the nature of this role, we are specifically seeking candidates with proven direct/offline marketing experience. Applications from recent graduates or those without hands-on direct marketing experience will not be considered .
