The Role: Business Process Consultant ServiceNow (Brazil)
In your daily routine, you will:
- Lead the design of end-to-end process solutions for complex implementations.
- Act as a strategic consultant, advising the client on ITSM best practices.
- Manage and align the expectations of multiple stakeholders and Product Owners.
- Mentor other Business Process Consultants and contribute to the evolution of process consulting practice.
- Mediate and resolve functional and scope conflicts.
Required Qualifications
- English Intermediary/Advanced;
- Agile Methodology & Processes:
- Expertise in scaling agile practices (SAFe, LeSS) and adapting the methodology to the client's context.
- Ability to redesign complex end-to-end business processes. ServiceNow Platform (Functional):
- Holistic view of the platform, understanding how ITSM connects to ITOM, CSM, etc.
- Understands Performance Analytics concepts. Business Analysis & ITIL:
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) to act as a process consultant.
- Ability to define and measure strategic KPIs.
