Capital Project Delivery

  • Lead the full lifecycle of real estate capital projects, including planning, design, construction, and close‑out
  • Ensure all projects align with global CRE standards (workplace, sustainability, life‑safety, security, technology) and local regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate project and design reviews to ensure quality, compliance, and performance outcomes


Financial Management & Cost Control

  • Own capital budgets, forecasts, accruals, and final financial close‑out
  • Track cost vs. plan, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Drive value engineering opportunities while maintaining quality and compliance standards


Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Lead and coordinate a wide range of internal stakeholders including Workplace, IT, Security, Finance, Procurement, and Market / Country leadership
  • Manage external vendors and consultants (project managers, architects, engineers, cost managers, contractors, furniture vendors) in partnership with Procurement
  • Ensure vendors meet contractual obligations related to cost, schedule, quality, and safety


Governance, Risk & Reporting

  • Maintain standardized project reporting on schedule, budget, risks, and milestones
  • Conduct regular site reviews and inspections to track progress and resolve issues
  • Escalate risks and issues proactively, presenting clear options and recommendations


Portfolio & Strategic Support

  • Partner with Real Estate Business Partners, Transactions, and Analytics teams to support local and regional portfolio strategies
  • Ensure projects support long‑term portfolio efficiency, operational cost optimization, and workplace strategy


Leadership & Capability Building

  • Provide day‑to‑day guidance and mentorship to project team members
  • Promote consistent processes, best practices, and continuous improvement across capital project delivery
  • Contribute to role clarity, governance, and operating model improvements within CRE

Experience

  • Proven experience leading commercial real estate capital projects (fit‑outs, renovations, relocations, or new builds) 5+ years
  • Experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams and vendors across design and construction phases 5+ years
  • Strong background in capital cost management, forecasting, and financial controls
  • Strong background in design, construction implementations, best practices, ADA requirements
  • Experience in working in different regions across LatAm
  • Capable of design test fits and concept design, as well working with design teams to understand constraints
  • Architects and Engineers are preferred.


Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong stakeholder leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Solid understanding of construction delivery, design coordination, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with competing priorities
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and problem‑solving mindset
