About the Role

The Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Advertising Sales team is looking for strategic, impact-driven sellers to join our growing Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Advertising division as Ads Client Partners. In this role, you will build strong, mutually beneficial advertising partnerships with some of the largest brands in Brasil.

You will lead the advertising sales strategy for a portfolio of top partners, driving the adoption of an expanding suite of advertising solutions across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. Working closely with Ads Account Managers and cross-functional teams, you'll help partners achieve their marketing objectives while delivering sustainable growth for the business.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute advertising partnership strategies that align with partner marketing goals and exceed quarterly growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior marketing leaders and key decision-makers, including Directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex partner conversations using critical thinking, creativity, and thoughtful problem-solving.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure partner needs are met end to end.
  • Drive adoption of advertising products across Mobility and Delivery offerings by clearly articulating their value and differentiation.
  • Craft and scale compelling pitch narratives that unlock growth opportunities for partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, bringing a customer-centric mindset to every interaction.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to help inform and shape future advertising product roadmaps.
  • Support teammates and contribute to building the business with flexibility and a collaborative mindset.
What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end digital advertising sales, supporting enterprise or large-scale clients.
  • Proven experience selling advertising solutions to complex enterprise brands and organizations.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence outcomes at senior levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic sales plans that deliver results for both partners and the business.
  • A creative storytelling approach, leveraging data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong leadership presence and the ability to inspire trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a proactive and resourceful approach.

  • Experience selling advertising solutions to agencies in addition to enterprise brands.
  • A strong track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • High commercial acumen and curiosity about advertising technology and evolving media solutions.
