Are you interested in working at the intersection of international business, strategy, industrial growth and diplomacy? Do you have experience from advisory services and business development and have worked with mining related projects? We are now looking for a Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our engaged and high‑performing team in Brazil (São Paulo).
As a Consultant at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados), you will create value for Sweden by supporting Swedish companies in their international growth, this with extra focus on the mining sector. You will also work on projects in other sectors. You will thrive in a role where strategic thinking is combined with hands‑on project delivery, supporting clients to navigate complex market challenges and turn growth opportunities into tangible results.
Your role will encompass a diverse range of tasks within international business development and advisory services. You will work closely with Swedish companies already operating in, or expanding to, Brazil and the Americas - contributing across the full value chain, from strategy and analysis to execution and delivery.
The role includes strategic, tactical, and operational responsibilities, such as:
- Leading and delivering advisory and consulting projects (with extra focus on mining related projects)
- Analyzing market dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory conditions to identify growth opportunities
- Supporting clients with market entry strategies, business development, and partner identification
- Preparing high‑quality analyses, point of view reports, and presentations for senior client stakeholders
- Contributing to sales of advisory services and long‑term client relationship development
- Collaborating with colleagues in Brazil and Americas, as well as across Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s global organization
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong advisory experience, broad business development capability, and a deep understanding of end‑to‑end consulting delivery — some industry experience or knowledge in mining is a requirement.
The role is based in São Paulo and will focus on Brazil, but you will also be expected to work with our teams and clients around the world.

Formal requirements
- You have a higher academic degree - Bachelor or Master in Business Administration or Engineering
- You have a minimum of 3-5 year’s work experience, preferably from management consulting or business development, with part of the work being performed in Brazil
- You have excellent analytical skills and strong communication and leadership skills
- You have experience in conducting successful sales of consultancy services
- You have experience from project management and multi-stakeholder projects
- You have experience from working with mining related projects
- You are fluent in Portuguese and have a high level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience from working/living in an international environment is a plus and it is meriting with knowledge in Spanish (this as we support our other offices in the region from time to time)
