Sobre a oportunidade
We are looking for a Contract Manager to oversee contractual operations in infrastructure and railway projects.
This role is critical to ensure contract compliance, manage risks, and protect the company’s interests throughout project execution, working closely with multiple stakeholders and international teams.
Principais responsabilidades
Prepare and implement contract obligation deliverables and procedures;
Monitor contract execution progress and ensure timely submission of required documentation;
Develop and maintain contractual risk registers;
Review and negotiate contract terms with partners, clients, and suppliers;
Identify contractual deviations and risks;
Manage claims, variation orders, and contract amendments;
Track and register claims and contract changes;
Support project teams in contract interpretation and compliance;
Interface with stakeholders including clients, partners, and subcontractors.
Requisitos obrigatórios
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, Business, or related fields;
Strong experience in contract management within infrastructure, railway, or large-scale projects;
Experience with EPC, PPP, or similar contract structures;
Knowledge of claims, variation orders, and contract negotiation;
Strong analytical and negotiation skills;
Advanced English (required for international communication).
Diferenciais
Experience in railway projects or rolling stock companies (e.g., Alstom, CAF, Hyundai Rotem);
Experience working in multinational environments;
Familiarity with large infrastructure projects in Brazil.
