About the Role:
As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young learners. You will plan and deliver daily activities that support academic, social, and emotional development, while ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health and safety policies. Collaboration is central to this role—you will work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to foster a positive school community. Your responsibilities will include monitoring progress, maintaining accurate records, promoting positive behaviour, and contributing to the wider life of the school.

This is a full-time, fixed-term Maternity Cover position.

Who We Are Looking For:
You are a fully qualified teacher with successful experience in early years education. You bring creativity, flexibility, and strong classroom management skills, alongside a passion for helping children thrive. You are an excellent communicator and a team player who values collaboration and respect. You can work independently, adapt to different situations, and maintain confidentiality at all times. If you are proactive, approachable, and committed to continuous professional development, we would love to hear from you.
