Job Responsibilities: • Develop and execute business expansion strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share. • Lead new customer acquisition, establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure smooth business cooperation. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities, providing strategic recommendations to the company to adapt to the evolving e-commerce landscape. • Coordinate internal resources, working closely with product and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of business partnership projects. • Monitor business KPIs, regularly reporting on progress to facilitate timely strategy adjustments and optimize business processes.
Position Requirement
• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience. • Proven track record in business development within the e-commerce or related sector, with a preference for experience with the Daraz platform. • Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively influencing and persuading potential partners. • Excellent project management abilities, handling multiple tasks simultaneously and ensuring projects are completed on schedule. • In-depth understanding of the e-commerce industry, with the ability to independently analyze market dynamics and formulate effective business development plans.
