Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to serve as the backbone of our development and operations ecosystem. Your mission will be to bridge the gap between code and production by building scalable, secure, and highly automated infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating our delivery cycles, enhancing system stability, and driving the automation of workflows across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).

The Impact You Will Make

• Pipeline Orchestration: Design, implement, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and frequent software delivery.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Drive efficiency by automating infrastructure provisioning using industry-leading IaC tools, moving us away from manual configurations.
• Cloud & Data Management: Manage and scale cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) while ensuring the reliability of critical data platforms like Databricks.
• Observability & Reliability: Implement advanced logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks before they impact users.
• Security & Compliance: Integrate security best practices into our infrastructure and deployment workflows to ensure a hardened production environment.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Operations teams to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure smooth, high-confidence releases.

What You Bring to the Team

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a similar role.
• CI/CD Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience managing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with data platforms like Databricks.
• Containerization: Proven expertise in Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Automation & Scripting: High proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• IaC Mastery: Extensive experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Core Fundamentals: A solid grasp of networking, system administration, and security protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Observability Stack: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Datadog.
• Modern Architecture: Familiarity with Microservices and API-driven ecosystems.
• DevSecOps: Experience integrating security automation into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Configuration Management: Knowledge of Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Agile Mindset: Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
