Vaga Turno Vespertino

O Especialista de Order Entry é responsável por gerenciar as demandas de faturamento e entrada de pedidos, assegurando a execução adequada dentro da operação do iTero e o retorno em tempo hábil.

Essa função acompanha toda a operação do produto, desde a criação do contrato até sua finalização. Será também responsável por todas as operações relacionadas aos contratos do iTero na região LATAM.

Além disso, o especialista será encarregado de manter atualizados todos os registros de clientes e supervisionar a gestão de dados mestres desde o processo de integração, consolidando todas as atualizações provenientes de tickets no SFDC. Também prestará suporte às operações do Invisalign e aos processos de faturamento em geral .

Neste cargo, você irá…

Coordenar o controle de faturas e pedidos do iTero e Operação Invisalign.
Gerenciar o ciclo completo dos contratos dentro da Align.
Alinhar os requisitos contratuais entre várias equipes multifuncionais.
Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para otimizar os níveis de serviço e cumprir prazos de projetos.
Preparar relatórios semanais e mensais de atividades, custos e indicadores de conformidade SOX.
Liderar ou participar de reuniões mensais com as equipes de atendimento ao cliente e vendas.
Garantir o monitoramento dos processos para maximizar a eficácia do nível de serviço.
Manter-se atualizado com conhecimentos profissionais e iniciar ações corretivas com equipes multifuncionais ou de planejamento, com foco nos negócios e no suporte ao cliente.
Planejar e implementar melhorias nos processos internos ou externos dos contratos de aluguel do iTero.
Estabelecer KPIs para garantir operações eficientes com a melhor relação custo-benefício, especialmente em taxas de transporte e armazenagem.

Você precisará de…

Graduação em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Sistemas de Informação Gerencial ou áreas relacionadas.
Inglês intermediário é obrigatório; espanhol fluente.
De 4 a 6 anos de experiência em contabilidade, faturamento ou áreas relacionadas.
Alguma experiência em ambientes de cadeia de suprimentos.
Conhecimento de processos contábeis e fiscais é desejável.
Proficiência no pacote Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Power BI e outras ferramentas analíticas.

Devido ao horário Vespertino, buscamos candidatos que residam em São Paulo, com tempo médio de deslocamento de até 30 a 45 minutos até o escritório, a fim de garantir uma rotina sustentável, segurança no retorno ao domicílio e melhor equilíbrio entre vida pessoal e profissional.
