Summary:
Support the Loan Syndication & Capital Markets team with several activities related to syndication/club and capital market deals/pitches, internal controls, reports etc.
Main responsibilities:
- Execute daily deal tickets of LCA/LCI and others securities contacting investors
- Execute the update of financial markets reports (Debentures, CRA, LS etc)
- Execute the booking of EOS, fee template and others.
- Execute several internal reports and controls.
- Execute the CDD process
- Prepare picthes and presentantions to clients and internal demands considering the senior team guidance.
- Execute the follow up of the deal closings
- Participate actively on the market readings of LS and CM
- Participate on visits/calls with clients and investors accompanied by senior team members.
Main requirements:
- Studing Administration, Economy, Engineering or International Relations (graduation date after Dez 2027)

- Spanish will be a plus
