Manpower is seeking to recruit a Field Sales Support to join our client's team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily checks, including but not limited to, the fridges temperature, the product display, and ensure the products are displayed correctly.
- Develop and maintain a structured procedure for checking product dates and ensuring proper rotation is carried out.
- Inform, monitor and promote any new products launched to outlets in the respective regions, and confirm that the outlet has placed the orders through its respective distributor.
- Act as a brand ambassador and answer any queries related to the company's products.
- Serve as the point of contact with outlets by providing customer service and demonstrating how to use any ordering systems.
- Check the availability of products on the market and provide daily reports on any findings.
- Participate during events and activities to sell and promote products as needed.
- Promote and offer product samples in outlets when required.
Requirements:
- Full Time (Flexible working days: Monday to Saturday)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar FMCG merchandising role.
- Fluent in both Maltese and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel for reporting, Word for documentation)
- Familiarity with planograms and product display standards.
- Outgoing, detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills.
