- Develop the supplier panel and strategy in the region following the global purchase strategy and guidelines.
- Improve relationship, transparency and trust with key global suppliers.
- Support on KPIs management, to improve efficiency on purchasing process.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Monitoring supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and managing supplier relationships.
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
- Identifying potential suppliers, evaluating bids, and awarding contracts.
- Tracking and analyzing data to identify trends and recommend purchasing strategies.
- Ensuring that purchasing policies and procedures are followed.

Knowledge/Skills:
- Engineering or commercial background (Administration, Economics, Engineering, others)
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize task
Software Knowledge:
- MS Office (Excel + Power Point Mandatory)
- Familiarity with procurement tools and SAP.
Experience:
- Experience in purchasing or related supply chain functions.
- Experience with Steel Mills, Cutting Service is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or commercial background (Administration, Economics, Engineering, others)
Languages:
- Fluent English
- Spanish will be considered a plus
