Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)'s business and the areas attended;
  • Mentor high-impact leaders and support their development to build strong leadership capabilities;
  • Provide advisory support to leaders in translating strategic and business objectives into a people roadmap;
  • Act as a facilitator of HR solutions and priorities in order to support business growth aspirations and people results;
  • Provide guidance for leaders on people management processes and policies
  • Execute organizational design projects to optimize and implement new structures, functions, workforce planning and processes that create speed, efficiency, and support ever-changing business demands;
  • Influence changes that generate operational and structural gains, as well build relationship with important stakeholders;
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between business areas;
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend solutions;
  • Prepare talent analyses and monitor performance over time, as well as support leaders in action plans for performance improvement, PDI, and talent decision-making;
  • Support the execution of the Performance Management Process, validate the entire cycle, merits, promotions and dismissals.


Qualifications preferred:

  • Advanced or fluent english;
  • High sense of accountability;
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills;
  • Strong ability to build and maintain credibility and influence with senior leaders;
  • Strong business acumen and ability to deal with complexity;
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
  • Ability to navigate complex and sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion;
  • Deep understanding of HR operations across the employee lifecycle (performance, culture, talent development, employee relations, org design, etc.);
  • Proven experience in an HRBP or similar strategic role;
  • Demonstrated ability in handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management support, and policy interpretation.
