Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on HR Supervisor to support and execute HR functions in Brazil, with a strong focus on recruiting and HR operations. This role will work closely with regional teams and support a fast-growing, cross-border business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for operations, warehouse, and office roles
- Source candidates through job boards, agencies, and local channels
- Conduct screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Support offer process and onboarding
2. HR Operations
- Support employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, records management)
- Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with vendors
- Ensure HR documentation and processes are compliant with local regulations
3. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues
- Support basic employee relations and workplace communication
- Assist in maintaining a positive and compliant work environment
4. HR Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain HR data and reports
- Support HR process improvement and standardization
- Coordinate with global teams (China / North America)
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of HR experience (recruiting + HR operations)
- Strong experience in high-volume hiring (warehouse / logistics preferred)
- Familiar with Brazilian labor practices and HR processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in Portuguese and English. Chinese is a plus
- Experience in logistics, 3PL, or fast-growing companies
- Experience working in multi-country or cross-border environment

Pay: R$8,000.00 - R$15,000.00 per month
