Who are You
?

You will have previous HR administration experience and will be interested in developing your HR career while maintaining exposure to recruitment. You are well organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with a proactive and solution-focused approach. You will be extremely comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment whilst being approachable and professional when handling confidential matters. You will be local to Sao Paulo and be able to attend the office to handle processes such as employee onboarding and offboarding.

Where you Fit In:

This role sits within the HR & TA function and provides operational HR ownership across the full employee lifecycle, while also supporting Talent Acquisition with recruitment administration and coordination. You will ensure all HR, benefits and payroll processes run smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently, acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys structure, detail, and people interaction and who wants exposure to both HR operations and recruitment in a growing international business.

The impact you will have:

Core HR Responsibilities (Primary Focus)

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records (HRIS/people systems).
  • Support probation reviews and contract renewals.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with external payroll providers.
  • Manage leave records, benefits administration, and HR compliance documentation.
  • Support performance review cycles and internal policy updates.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with local labour law and internal policies.
  • Maintain GDPR-compliant employee records.
  • Support audits and internal reporting requirements.

Employee Experience

  • Support any engagement initiatives and internal communications.

Talent Acquisition Support (Secondary Focus)

Recruitment Coordination

  • Schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Manage ATS updates and candidate communications.
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding paperwork.

Process & Reporting

  • Track recruitment metrics and support reporting.
  • Maintain recruitment documentation and approvals.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to ensure smooth candidate experience.

Vendor Coordination

  • Support invoice processing.
  • Maintain preferred supplier documentation.

What were looking for:

  • HR experience in a generalist or HR operations role.
  • Strong understanding of local labour law.
  • Experience supporting payroll coordination.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and ATS platforms.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Preferably experience in tech, gaming, or international environments.
  • Exposure to recruitment coordination or TA support.
