As a Generalist HR Assistant with a focus on benefits, your main responsibility is to manage and optimize benefits programs, ensuring alignment with policies and employee needs. Your activities include managing additions, changes, and removals to health plans, dental plans, life insurance, food vouchers, meal vouchers, private pension plans, and other benefits offered. You will also be responsible for administering benefit payments within the company's deadlines and processes.

What You Will Do
- Responsible for managing processes involving benefits and providing HR support.
- Act as a point of contact for questions or problems related to benefits, providing assistance and clear information.
- Develop communication materials and conduct informational sessions to ensure employees fully understand the available benefits.
- Regularly review benefits packages to ensure competitiveness. Propose improvements or new benefits initiatives.
- Manage payments to suppliers.
- Ensure compliance of processes in accordance with current labor, social security, and tax legislation.
- Support HR activities related to events, communication, and general HR administration.
- Backup payroll activities, such as vacations, terminations, hiring, and general payroll calculation.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Currently enrolled in or completed a degree in Administration, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, computer skills, and ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills, transparent communication, organization, focus, and teamwork.
- Intermediate English.
