Position: I2L Project Manager (Innovation & Renovation)
Location: Nestlé Business Solutions LATAM – Remote on Brazil or Hybrid Assuncion, Paraguay.
Area/Stream: IMS – Integrated Marketing Services
Reporting to: I2L Operational Lead (Innovation & Renovation)


Position summary

Responsible for the efficient, effective, flawless End-to-End management of Innovation & Renovation (I&R) projects of simple to medium complexity: Plan and lead I&R projects End-to-End and orchestrate a cross-functional and multidisciplinary team to achieve the project defined Key Success Criteria and deliver against the business case. Ensure that the invested resources bring the expected return on investment with a flawless execution. Promote the I2L Mindset. The PM will be handling medium complexity projects.

A day in the life of…
  • Manage simple to medium‑complexity I&R projects from Identify stage through delivery.
  • Define project teams and secure resources by collaborating with Functional Line Managers.
  • Build and maintain project budgets; coordinate CAPEX requests when needed.
  • Align the team on shared project objectives and ensure PDPs are kept updated.
  • Coordinate functions and markets to manage timelines, milestones, and end‑to‑end project activities.
  • Lead Innovation Profile definition, gap assessment, and critical path development.
  • Facilitate the definition and approval of Key Success Criteria with Deciders.
  • Drive preparation of Business Opportunity, Business Case, and Business Plan.
  • Manage risks, opportunities, and scope changes, escalating critical issues.
  • Lead essential project meetings: kick‑off, check‑ins, risk assessments, post‑launch reviews, and others.
  • Ensure transparency, documentation accuracy, and continuous project updates.
  • Maintain data integrity and updates in the I2L system.
  • Capture and share lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
  • Drive team performance with or without formal authority in a matrix organization.
  • Promote teamwork, collaboration, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Navigate complexity and ambiguity while keeping a clear strategic overview.
  • Enable fast and informed decision‑making.
  • Ensure disciplined execution of projects aligned with I2L principles and Project Management practices.
  • Apply processes and frameworks mapped in Nimbus.
  • Contribute to the evolution of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Enable timely decisions by preparing clear recommendations for Deciders.
  • Build strong networks across Technical Units, Business Units, and external partners.
  • Support coaching and capability building within the project team.
  • Consider the full business impact and commercial viability of the project.
  • Lead the team toward a shared purpose and consistent business relevance.
  • Continuously assess and challenge the project’s purpose to ensure sustainable value.


What will make you successful• Cross-functional experience gained through participation in I&R projects, or through mission/assignment in various organizations;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Advanced English and Intermediate Spanish are mandatory.
