About the Role
We are looking for a Senior ICT Market Development Manager to lead our expansion in the Brazilian market. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on driving business growth, building strong partner ecosystems, and adapting global ICT solutions to local market needs.
You will act as a key bridge between Brazil and international teams, playing a critical role in shaping our presence across government and enterprise sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the ICT system integration market in Brazil, with focus on:
- Industry informatization
- Network communication
- Security and surveillance solutions
- Identify, develop, and manage local system integrators, channel partners, and ecosystem stakeholders
- Support the localization and adaptation of global solutions to meet Brazilian market demands
- Drive government and enterprise opportunities, including:
- Opportunity analysis
- Partner coordination
- Bidding processes
- Commercial execution
- Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Brazil and abroad to ensure successful project delivery and business growth
- Travel as needed to support client engagement, partner development, and project execution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the ICT system integration industry in Brazil
- Proven track record in market development and partner/channel building
- Strong understanding of:
- ICT solutions
- Network communication
- Security integration
- Experience working with government and enterprise projects, including bidding processes
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Based in São Paulo with availability for frequent travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with multinational or Chinese ICT companies
- Background in solution localization for the Brazilian market
- Existing network of partners or clients in Brazil
- Knowledge of public sector procurement processes
- Certifications in ICT, project management, or business development
