What will your mission be?
Responsible for the influencer's ecosystem, coordinating pre-production to post-production day-to-day influencers' campaigns on Social Media aligned with the business objectives.

Job Description:
What will your day-to-day be like?
  • Cast, negotiate, and execute influencer for Campaigns, including being responsible for the payments and contracts.
  • Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with social influencers through seeding programs and regular communication.
  • Create, write, and support the posts of the creators aligned with trends and creative concepts.
  • Collect influencer results, track KPI, and communicate results for other teams.
  • Analyze the impact of the business and keep on track with the budget of the department.
  • Provide insights into influencers deliverables as well as identify the gaps and improvements for the next campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Team to find creative ways to collab content with the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s channels
  • Daily alignments with the Campaigns, Branding, and BD Teams to align campaign briefings and report results
  • Find proactive ways to cast influencers who will generate buzz for the business and trend content to attract a new audience for Shop.
Requirements:
What do you need to take on the challenge?
  • Previous experience working in influencers management / social media production.
  • Degree Required in Communication, Advertising, TV and related areas
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge
  • Intermediate English
