We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our Field Solutions team in Brazil. In this critical role, you will act as the primary intermediary between our Field Solutions and Logistics teams, ensuring that materials are seamlessly distributed to the required locations throughout the product life cycle. If you thrive in process-driven environments, excel at reverse logistics, and are looking for a dynamic on-site role, we want you on our team.
Key Requirements
- Work Environment: This role requires working on-site from our Brazil office in Santana de Parnaíba -5 days a week.
- Language Skills:Conversational English is required to effectively communicate and collaborate with our global teams and project managers.
- Analytical skills: Critical thinking, data analysis, research, and ability to translate data findings into actionable processes.
- Strong communication skill: Verbal and written communication with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management & Logistics
- Interface with the Logistics team to request and coordinate inbound and outbound material movements to the field for repairs, remote refurbishments, field upgrades, and builds. Ensure usage and/or disposition is accurately included in all requests.
- Manage equipment inventory and accurately forecast spares on a quarterly basis.
- Support supplying material for field repairs and ensure this material is properly transacted and returned to the local warehouse.
- Support equipment movements to and from repair center facilities and supply them with the material required for repairs.
Data Management & Compliance
- Update and maintain system data for material movements, including platforms deploying to or returning from the field, and movements to/from repair stations and hubs.
- Assist the logistics team by providing technical expertise for cycle counts.
- Assist with physical inventory counts at Field Solutions facilities, including hubs, repair stations, labs, or partner locations.
- Review SAP Inventory min/max level settings and min/max designations to ensure they meet the operations for each plant in Latam region.
Project Coordination
- Distribute material accurately and efficiently as requested by project owners.
- Fulfill requests from the client to create new BOMs configurations for specific project requirements.
- Review documentation and actively highlight workflow or process changes to the client.
Materials Handled
In this role, the material you manage will include, but is not limited to:
- Field Replaceable Units for field repairs
- Items required for production builds
Raw materials for hubs and facilities
