Responsible for repairing, maintaining, and improving all aspects of the installed hardware base, as well as providing user support and training on equipment usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain workstations, peripherals, system backups, and utilities, troubleshooting system issues.
- Update, monitor, and adjust software as directed.
- Maintain PC software, evaluate new software, and update hardware/software as needed.
- Serve as a backup for other IT team functions in emergency situations.
- Perform other related activities.
- Report to the U.S.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience: Previous experience in technical support, hardware and software maintenance, preferably in a Windows environment.
Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Windows operating system.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience in PC configuration and troubleshooting skills.
Languages: Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking).

- Ability to interpret technical documents, safety standards, and procedure manuals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for user support and report writing.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for technical issues.
