This role is available in the following location: Belo Horizonte (MG) Hybrid.
We’re Looking for an HR professional who will be responsible for ensuring that people policies are applied in line with the best and most innovative market practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Supports and helps to promote the development of people and leadership to ensure that teams are moving toward the best results
Responsible for the recruitment process, from resume screening to hiring
Keeps employee information up to date in the company’s HR systems
Supports the coordination and follow-up of training programs logistics
Assists in analyzing results and helps to support goal setting and feedback processes for employees
Helps to ensure that HR practices are aligned with local laws and company policies
Participates in and assists with the review and maintenance of company policies and practices
Requirements:
Advanced English
Bachelor’s Degree
Understanding of basic regulatory principles
Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and results
Communication and persuasive negotiation skills
