Junior Finance Analyst
Main Responsibilities:
Plan and execute the company’s financial routines.
Provide support for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist in cash flow management to ensure financial health.
Issue invoices (nota fiscal).
Handle accounts payable/receivable operations and general financial controls.
Perform banking operations and interface with financial institutions.
Act in a multifunctional role, supporting different areas within Finance as needed.
Provide administrative support in general.
Opportunity to identify and propose improvements in economic and financial performance.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Communication, or related fields;
Proficiency with Excel and Google Drive;
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems;
Basic accounting and financial knowledge (experience in accounting is preferred).
Interest in learning and working in a dynamic, technology-focused environment.
Availability to work 100% on-site in Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP;
Nice to Have
English is not mandatory, but considered a strong plus for possible daily interactions;
Experience with NetSuite is desirable.
