Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing strategies with the primary goal of generating qualified leads for our sales team
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google PPC, Meta/Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, NextDoor, and emerging platforms)
- Constantly test creatives, offers, landing pages, and audience targeting to lower CPL and CPA
SEO & Organic Marketing
- Oversee and improve our SEO strategy — both onsite and offsite
- Work with SEO tools and freelancers (if needed) to improve organic search rankings and organic lead flow
- Conduct keyword research and content strategy to drive high-intent traffic
Social Media & Community Management
- Post, manage, and engage in Facebook Groups, NextDoor, and other local/community platforms to build brand presence and generate leads
- Manage Arete’s social media profiles with consistent posting and engagement (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, others
Email & Outreach Marketing
- Manage and optimize cold email outreach campaigns to drive B2B and B2C lead generation
- Oversee marketing automation workflows to nurture prospects and increase conversion rates
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Work with designers/developers to optimize landing pages and the website for lead conversion
- Implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates across the funnel
Reporting & KPIs
- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics: Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), total leads generated
- Use data-driven insights to make decisions and continuously improve campaign performance
Collaboration & Communication
- Work directly with company owners and sales leadership to align marketing goals with revenue targets
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure quality of leads and optimize handoff process
- Provide transparent reporting and regular updates to leadership
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in performance marketing and lead generation
- Deep experience in PPC, SEO, Facebook/Meta ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, cold email outreach
- Comfortable being very hands-on — this is not a purely strategic role; you will be actively managing campaigns
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI
- Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Experience with home services or pest control industry is a plus, but not required
