Lead Generation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies with the primary goal of generating qualified leads for our sales team
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google PPC, Meta/Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, NextDoor, and emerging platforms)
  • Constantly test creatives, offers, landing pages, and audience targeting to lower CPL and CPA

SEO & Organic Marketing

  • Oversee and improve our SEO strategy — both onsite and offsite
  • Work with SEO tools and freelancers (if needed) to improve organic search rankings and organic lead flow
  • Conduct keyword research and content strategy to drive high-intent traffic

Social Media & Community Management

  • Post, manage, and engage in Facebook Groups, NextDoor, and other local/community platforms to build brand presence and generate leads
  • Manage Arete’s social media profiles with consistent posting and engagement (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, others

Email & Outreach Marketing

  • Manage and optimize cold email outreach campaigns to drive B2B and B2C lead generation
  • Oversee marketing automation workflows to nurture prospects and increase conversion rates

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Work with designers/developers to optimize landing pages and the website for lead conversion
  • Implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates across the funnel

Reporting & KPIs

  • Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics: Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), total leads generated
  • Use data-driven insights to make decisions and continuously improve campaign performance

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work directly with company owners and sales leadership to align marketing goals with revenue targets
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure quality of leads and optimize handoff process
  • Provide transparent reporting and regular updates to leadership

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in performance marketing and lead generation
  • Deep experience in PPC, SEO, Facebook/Meta ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, cold email outreach
  • Comfortable being very hands-on — this is not a purely strategic role; you will be actively managing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI
  • Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Experience with home services or pest control industry is a plus, but not required
