As our Live Cassino Analyst you will:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate, enhance and document existing or new functionalities, features, and processes.
- Execute strategic view for Casino in coordination with stakeholders and dev team
- Ownership and prioritization of the Casino Backlog
- Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors to leverage their products and services in Casino
- Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams to design and develop the best offers for retention, acquisition, cross-selling, churn prevention, upselling and reactivation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends in the industry
- Work closely with Customer Support team to resolve inquiries and issues related to Casino
- Collaborate with Compliance department to support Responsible Gambling
- Manage exposure and risks in Casino offering
- Oversee the product daily, ensuring the games are available and operational to users
- Stay up to date with gaming trends, new slots and providers
- Ongoing documentation of requirements, processes and workflows
Your areas of knowledge and experience include
- At least 2 years’ experience in a online Gaming or in related industry
- Breathes technology and is passionate about gambling
- Knowledge of game categories and their additional mechanics: slots, instant games, crash games, feature buy, bonuses
- Well-organized with the capacity to prioritize effectively and make data-informed decisions.
- User-centric mindset
- Analytical skills to interpret data and metrics
- Degree in a related field
- Exhibits adaptability in both working hours and responsibilities, showcasing entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach.
- Team player with the willingness to share knowledge and learn.
- Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English; another language is a plus.
