We are seeking a Market Analyst with at least 1 year of experience in Forex or financial services. The role focuses on analyzing client activity to retain existing clients, provide support on platform usage, and encourage continued engagement
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client behavior and trading patterns to develop strategies to retain clients
Maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients in Brazil
Provide clients with platform guidance, account updates, and general product information
Reactivate inactive clients by delivering information on services, tools, and educational resources
Ensure all communications are accurate, transparent, fair, and compliant
Document client interactions accurately in the CRM system
Escalate client complaints or issues following internal and regulatory procedures
Monitor key client retention metrics and contribute to strategies to reduce churn
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Forex or financial services client retention
Strong understanding of Forex and CFD products at a general, educational level
Excellent communication skills in Portuguese (English is a plus)
Analytical mindset with focus on retaining clients and increasing engagement
Experience with CRM systems
Professional, ethical, and client-centric approach
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in regulated Forex environments
Familiarity with local consumer protection and financial conduct standards
Experience analyzing client behavior to improve retention
