Mid-Level Technical Consultant - ITOM / ITSM

We are looking for a Mid-Level Technical Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM. This professional will be responsible for implementing complex requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting integrations and data migrations, and ensuring the quality of platform configurations and CMDB data.

In your daily routine, you will:

• Configure and adjust Discovery Probes, Sensors, and Patterns for specific CI classes.
• Implement Event Management rules, alerts, and correlation logic.
• Troubleshoot Discovery and Service Mapping issues.
• Develop scripts for Transform Maps and data migration activities.
• Validate the quality and consistency of CMDB data.
• Develop advanced ServiceNow solutions using Script Includes, GlideAjax, and Business Rules.
• Configure Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Agent Workspace, Service Portal, and complex Service Catalog items.
• Implement integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Investigate and resolve medium- and high-complexity technical issues.
• Support Business Process Consultants and Architects in validating technical solutions.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Experience configuring Probes, Sensors, Patterns, and Event Management rules.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Service Portal, Agent Workspace, and Service Catalog.
• Strong scripting skills, including GlideAjax, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Transform Maps.
• Experience with REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and data migration activities.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using logs, Script Debugger, and transaction analysis.
• Good understanding of virtualization, cloud, monitoring tools, and application architecture.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• ITOM or ITSM-related certifications.
• Experience with cloud environments and monitoring tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments, consulting firms, or global projects.
