Responsible for specific administrative tasks related to onshore/offshore acquisition projects. The Administrator plays a key role in supporting operations by handling a wide range of administrative duties. This position ensures that all field operations are efficiently supported in areas such as field and offshore personnel coordination, documentation, procurement, reporting, logistics, and compliance with company and client requirements.
To be successful in this role, the professional must consistently demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, safety standards, service quality, and operational excellence. The Administrator must maintain a high degree of confidentiality due to exposure to personnel and operational matters. The position also requires continuous awareness of opportunities to improve efficiency, exceed safety goals, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the Company’s Code of Conduct, Business Ethics Policy, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Policy, and all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all required documentation is properly maintained and made available to the Project Manager/RCM and, when necessary, to subcontractors and other team members, while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and access control levels in compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies/practices.
- Accurately prepare and submit all required daily reports according to the established schedule (daily, weekly, etc.) to the Operations office.
- Verify the accuracy of all reports (production statistics and costs) and record them using the approved reporting template, according to established schedules and procedures.
- Verify the accuracy of subcontractor and vendor invoices, together with corresponding purchase orders and Accounting submissions, according to defined schedules and processes.
- Ensure that all transfers of equipment, data, and documentation between teams, vendors, and/or offices are accurately prepared and received.
- Ensure efficient utilization of accommodations in coordination with accurate room lists.
- Assist with travel arrangements.
- Support the procurement and tracking of local supplies and services as required.
- Provide administrative support during audits and inspections.
FLUENT ENGLISH IS MANDATORY.
Candidates must be able to communicate professionally in English on a daily basis, both verbally and in writing, with international teams, clients, vendors, and offshore personnel.

Advanced English skills are required for daily communication with peers, participation in meetings, and direct in-person daily reporting to the American Country Manager.
