What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily business operations across e-commerce and support teams
- Optimize workflows, processes, and operational efficiency
- Manage and support cross-functional teams (customer support, logistics, marketing)
- Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and operational reports
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and customer experience
- Coordinate with senior leadership on business planning and execution
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution processes
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, or Business Operations Lead
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital operations is highly preferred
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
