Podcaster

Location: Rio de Janeiro, Hybrid (Copacabana office + Remote)
Salary: R$5000 – R$7000 + Bonus up to R$1500 based on goals

Responsibilities

• Create Engaging Content: Develop, record, and edit podcast episodes that captivate and entertain our audience on various platforms.
• Be the Voice of Rio & Learn: Bring our brand to life with your unique, fun, and engaging style.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing and education teams to align podcast content with our brand and educational goals.
• Innovate with AI: Utilize AI tools to enhance and diversify our podcast content.
• Audience Engagement: Interact with listeners, respond to feedback, and build a loyal community of podcast fans.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience: Proven track record in creating and managing successful podcasts.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using AI for content creation and skilled in voice recording and editing.
• Language Skills: Advanced English is a must. Native fluency in Portuguese or English is required.
• Creativity and Humor: A natural storyteller with a great sense of humor and the ability to create engaging content.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
