At Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados), we're looking for a Presales Engineer to join our Identity & Biometric Solutions (IBS) team and help shape the future of secure digital identity — across Brazil and all of Latin America.

About the Role

As an Offer & Solutions Engineering Manager (OSEM) within our Project & Services team, you'll be the bridge between our customers' challenges and Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)' most innovative solutions. Working closely with the sales team, you'll lead technical engagements from the very first conversation to the final proposal — making sure every solution we offer is technically solid, commercially competitive, and tailored to each client's needs.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the main technical interface between customers, partners, and the internal solutions team throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Understand and translate complex customer requirements into compelling, tailored technical solutions.
  • Lead technical workshops, product presentations, and consulting sessions with prospects and strategic clients.
  • Drive Proof-of-Concept (PoC) executions and live demos to validate solutions and win deals.
  • Own the technical response in bids and tenders — including cost structure validation and challenge of third-party proposals.
  • Assess and onboard local partners, defining Statements of Work (SOW) and technical evaluation criteria.
  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams through structured Engagement Reviews. You ensure that all required activities, as part of bid process, are completed within the allocated and agreed upon timeframe.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Sales, or similar roles.
  • Full professional fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
  • Solid technical background in at least one area: software/solution architecture, IT infrastructure, cloud, cryptography, PKI, mobile or smart card systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — ability to simplify the complex and inspire confidence.
  • Willingness to travel across LATAM.
