The Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is enhancing its future business strategy by building future-proof business models across its business divisions. Innovation is a key driver to deliver the strategy and build unique capabilities and competencies for the future. The NETZSCH Innovation Talent Program (ITP) focusses on developing this mission-critical competencies.
As this position is part of the ITP, you will complete an 18-month international rotation program across different business units and locations. During this time, you will work on innovation and business projects while building the skills needed for your future role. After successfully completing the program, you will transition into a permanent position within NETZSCH.

Job Description
- Translate business unit needs into scalable digital product strategies
- Define product vision, roadmap and technical direction
- Align short term deliverables with long term strategic goals
- Work closely with developers on architecture and technical feasibility
- Communicate effectively with corporate management, tech teams and business stakeholders
- Prioritize based on value creation, feasibility and strategic alignment
- Drive execution from idea to implementation
Qualifications
- Technical background, ideally able to read code and understand architecture
- Experience in software or AI driven product environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate complex corporate environments
- Strategic thinking combined with hands on execution
- Fluent in English
